Dear WPA Family,
Please pass this important message onto your Accounting/Accounts Receivable Department.
This WPA's Mid-Month Reminder (November) concerning the Payment Protection Plan, that is sent out on the 15th of every month.
Good to check and confirm that all of your OPEN INVOICES dated September 1st – 30th. 2025 with other WPA members have now been paid in full.
If you have any OPEN INVOICES with other WPA members dated September 1st – 30th. 2025, you must advise WPA within the next 7 days.
In the event that you fail to advise us of your past-due debts, they will not be eligible for recovery from the Payment Protection plan (PPP)
Thank you for your attention to this matter that ensures that we have an effective early-warning system in place to alert WPA of any members, who are tardy in paying their debts to other WPA members.
We would like to emphasize that WPA Management only suggests payment terms as stipulated in the Payment Protection Plan (PPP) & Conditions!
The actual payment terms represent a legal transaction between two or more WPA members and must therefore be agreed between the members. These decision (s) are the responsibility of the management of the individual members and can in no way be decided by the WPA management.
The payment terms may in no case be longer than stipulated in the Payment Protection Plan Rules. If longer payment terms outside of the Payment Protection Plan rules are agreed, the coverage from the Payment Protection Plan expires.
Sincerely,
Peter van der Knaap
President of the WPA
